Peanut Butter Crunch Energy Balls Recipe

Metabolically efficient homemade energy balls.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats

  • 25 grams vanilla whey protein isolate powder

  • 1 TBSP cocoa nibs

  • 1 TBSP chia seeds

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter

  • 1 TBSP coconut oil

  • 1 TBSP honey

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until moistened.

  2. Roll into 1-inch balls

  3. Enjoy and store in the refrigerator.

 

16 servings (1:1 carbohydrate to protein ratio)

Per Serving:

  • 110 calories

  • 6 grams carbohydrate

  • 5 grams protein

  • 8 grams fat

  • 2 grams fiber
