Ingredients:

  • 1 C cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of your choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 C almond flour
  • 32 g vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1/3 C chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Combine cottage cheese, maple syrup and vanilla extract in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy
  2. Transfer the cottage cheese mixture to a medium bowl and add the almond flour, protein powder and flaxseed meal. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips
  4. Enjoy!
