First, your hormones related to weight management are measured to see what type of roadblocks we will be faced with before we start.

Then, Bob creates a CUSTOMIZED nutrition and exercise plan for you that will help you achieve your goals based on your hormone results and lifestyle challenges.

  

*Prior to starting, you will receive a weight management hormone testing kit that you will do at home and mail in before starting the program. This test measures key hormones involved in weight loss such as estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA-S, diurnal cortisol, TSH, Free T3, Free T4, TPOab, fasting insulin, hemoglobin A1c and vitamin D.

**Additionally, you will submit any recent blood work results (done within the past 3 months) to Bob prior to week 1.

Week 1

  • Video meeting with Bob to discuss your hormone results and any prior blood work results you submitted.
  • Receive a CUSTOM MEAL PLAN based on your hormone results, your likes and dislikes and your daily schedule. Your custom meal plan will be individualized for hormone optimization based on your test results.

Week 2

  • 30-minute nutrition coaching video meeting with Bob.
  • Text/email with Bob EVERY OTHER DAY to check in and keep your motivation high.
  • Update nutrition and exercise plan accordingly.
  • Receive SOLUTIONS to any challenges you are facing in implementing your nutrition and exercise plans.

Week 3

  • 30-minute nutrition coaching video meeting with Bob.
  • Text/email with Bob EVERY OTHER DAY to check in and keep your motivation high.
  • Update custom nutrition and exercise plan accordingly.
  • Receive solutions to any challenges you are facing in implementing your nutrition and exercise plans.

Week 4

  • 1-hour nutrition coaching video meeting with Bob.
  • Based on your progress over the first 3 weeks, receive an updated and final CUSTOM MEAL PLAN that you can follow on your own, to continue a HIGH LEVEL OF FAT BURNING.
  • Receive an updated CUSTOM EXERCISE PLAN to continue a HIGH LEVEL OF FAT BURNING .
