A 4-week, in-depth package
Our Performance option is a 4-week, in-depth package that focuses on changing your nutrition behavior. This option is great if you want to lose weight and change body composition, develop a better relationship with food, have food intolerances/allergies to work through or other medical nutrition challenges, or if you are an athlete and want a Sport Dietitian as your nutrition coach in your corner to help reach your next level of performance.
Here is what is included in the 4-week Performance Nutrition Coaching package:

weekly meetings, up to 45 minutes (phone/video)

Priority scheduling

1-2 text/email communications per week throughout the 4 weeks
*meetings must be scheduled each week for 4 weeks and not extend past the 4-week timeframe*
