I cannot recommend Lauren highly enough! I’m 51, and a lifetime athlete — but this spring, I was diagnosed with very high pressure (I had no idea!) Lauren worked with me to understand labels and find the hidden areas of sodium in my diet that I could eliminate. She taught me that alcohol and caffeine were especially areas that would affect blood pressure. With her help, I learned what a “high sodium” food is and how to manage my diet to balance blood pressure. My blood pressure is now normal and so thankful for her assistance.- Gray C.

I started working with Lauren becuase I wanted to improve my metabolic efficiency and avoid any GI issues during training and competition. I do half and full distance Ironman races and I had lots of issues in the past. Lauren gave me a set of nutrition strategies and recommendations based on my training sessions and my food preferences. She answered all my questions and I really enjoyed her one-to-one video conferences. She was super helpful and informative. I feel much stronger now and I am able to do long training sessions without any stomach issues. Her recommendations are not only for endurance athletes but for all people that want better health. I am looking forward to working with Lauren again in the near future when the race season starts.- Marc G.

Working with Lauren was a genuinely transformative experience. I was able to discover the power, freedom, and ease of which my body is capable, and to achieve confidence and competence when it comes to nutrition. As someone with allergies and a sensitive stomach, figuring out what to eat for optimum performance felt impossible. Lauren listened to my specific needs, offered suggestions and guidance, and was my biggest cheerleader. Her warmth and positivity alongside her expertise gave me the platform to successfully run my first marathon, well-fueled and thriving. Thank you, Lauren!!
