- Discuss the results with Bob.
- Receive a custom meal plan based on your likes and dislikes and your daily schedule.
- Receive a general exercise plan to enhance fat burning.
Week 2
- Meet with Bob (30 minutes phone or video call).
- Update nutrition and exercise plan accordingly.
- Receive solutions to any challenges you are facing in implementing your nutrition and exercise plans.
Week 3
- Meet with Bob (30 minutes phone or video call).
- Update nutrition and exercise plan accordingly.
- Receive solutions to any challenges you are facing in implementing your nutrition and exercise plans.
Week 4
- Meet with Bob to have your second resting and exercise metabolic efficiency test done.
- Discuss the results with Bob.
- Receive an updated, custom meal plan that is based on how much progress you have made with your fat burning and your continued goals.
- Receive an updated, general exercise plan to enhance continued fat burning.
