First we measure your hormones to see what type of roadblocks we will be faced with before we start.

Then, we will measure how INEFFICIENT you are at burning fat via two metabolic efficiency tests (week 1 and week 4).

Next, Bob creates an individual nutrition and exercise plan for you that will help you achieve your goals.

Prior to starting, you will receive a weight management hormone testing kit that you will do at home and mail in before your first meeting with Bob. This test measures key hormones involved in weight loss such as estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA-S, diurnal cortisol, TSH, Free T3, Free T4, TPOab, fasting insulin, hemoglobin A1c and vitamin D.

 

Week 1

  • Meeting with Bob Seebohar (in Colorado) to have your resting and exercise metabolic efficiency test done.
  • Discuss your results with Bob.
  • Receive a CUSTOM MEAL PLAN based on how inefficient you are at burning fat, your likes and dislikes and your daily schedule. Your custom meal plan will be individualized for hormone optimization based on your test results. 
  • Receive an exercise plan to ENHANCE FAT BURNING.

Week 2

  • Nutrition coaching virtual meeting with Bob (30 minutes phone or video call).
  • Text/email with Bob EVERY OTHER DAY to check in and keep your motivation high.

Week 3

Week 4

  • Meet with Bob (in Colorado) to have your second resting and exercise metabolic efficiency test done.
  • Discuss your results with Bob.
  • Receive an updated, CUSTOM MEAL PLAN that you can follow on your own, to continue a HIGH LEVEL OF FAT BURNING.
  • Receive an updated exercise plan to continue a HIGH LEVEL OF FAT BURNING .
