Week 1
- Meeting with Bob Seebohar (in Colorado) to have your resting and exercise metabolic efficiency test done.
- Discuss your results with Bob.
- Receive a CUSTOM MEAL PLAN based on how inefficient you are at burning fat, your likes and dislikes and your daily schedule. Your custom meal plan will be individualized for hormone optimization based on your test results.
- Receive an exercise plan to ENHANCE FAT BURNING.
Week 2
- Nutrition coaching virtual meeting with Bob (30 minutes phone or video call).
- Text/email with Bob EVERY OTHER DAY to check in and keep your motivation high.
- Update nutrition and exercise plan accordingly.
- Receive SOLUTIONS to any challenges you are facing in implementing your nutrition and exercise plans.
Week 3
- Nutrition coaching virtual meeting with Bob (30 minutes phone or video call).
- Text/email with Bob EVERY OTHER DAY to check in and keep your motivation high.
- Update nutrition and exercise plan accordingly.
- Receive solutions to any challenges you are facing in implementing your nutrition and exercise plans.
Week 4
- Meet with Bob (in Colorado) to have your second resting and exercise metabolic efficiency test done.
- Discuss your results with Bob.
- Receive an updated, CUSTOM MEAL PLAN that you can follow on your own, to continue a HIGH LEVEL OF FAT BURNING.
- Receive an updated exercise plan to continue a HIGH LEVEL OF FAT BURNING .
