The Format of the Program
Each week, there will be 1-2 video modules that you will watch. Along with this learning, there will be specific weekly transformational activities that Bob has developed that will assist you with your progress.
One of the best parts of the program is the weekly group nutrition coaching call with Bob! These calls are set up so Bob can help you develop implementation strategies based on all of the great education he provides each week to ensure your transformational success!
There will also be weekly "office hours" where you will submit questions to Bob and he will answer them either in a 1 on 1 format or with the group.
The weekly time commitment will be approximately 2-3 hours per week.

Learn about various dietary methods to improving digestive health including food intolerances and allergies, supplements and the Metabolic Efficiency Training concept.
Week 5
The GI Distress Nutrition Plan - Part 1
Learn how to implement the first part of the GI distress nutrition plan which is intended to help heal your gut and improve your overall digestive health.
Week 6
The GI Distress Nutrition Plan - Part 2
Learn how to implement the second part of the GI distress nutrition plan, which includes sample meal plans.
Week 7
Nutrient Timing Strategies
Learn strategies about what and how to eat before, during and after training and competition to avoid GI distress.
